ASTANA, Jan. 29 -- A passenger plane crashed Tuesday in Kazakhstan, killing all 20 people aboard.
The country's SCAT airline said the plane, flying from northern city of Kokshetau to Almaty, crashed near Almaty airport.
The company said there were 20 people on board, including five crew members and 15 passengers.
It is the second major aircraft accident in Kazakhstan in the past month. In December, 27 people died when an An-72 military plane crashed near the southern city of Shymkent.
